The Golden West College Extended Opportunity Programs & Services (EOP/S) and the Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education program (CARE) are both state funded program that serves educationally and financially challenged students. These special programs provide services that assist students who have the potential to succeed in college. The programs are designed to assist students in completing a certificate, an Associate of Arts Degree (A.A. Degree), and/or transferring to a four year college or university.The EOPS/CARE Programs are designed to provide a support system to students which facilitates their personal growth.
