Counseling

Counseling Department - How Can We Help?

Counselor services can assist you in reaching your goals by orienting you for a successful college experience, helping to clarify career and academic goals, assisting with course selection and program planning, providing information for transfer to other colleges and universities, offering counseling to assist you with personal concerns, presenting special workshops and seminars on a variety of educational and career topics, and evaluating computerized assessments for career planning.

It is recommended students make an appointment with a counselor at least one time each semester. Counseling appointments are scheduled one week in advance, and by calling or stopping by earlier in the week you increase your chances of securing an appointment. e-Counseling

e-Counseling will resume on Monday, August 2nd 2010.

Students can now submit general academic advising questions to counseling electronically.

Walk-in Counseling

Walk-in hours are posted daily in the Counseling Center. Walk-ins are limited to 5 minutes or less and all students are served on a first-come-first-served basis.
